1.Lower overall costs:Electrophoresis eliminates the need for phosphating treatment,the entire coating process is shorted,and there are fewer process steps:there are fewer control/filtration equipment,equipment investment is reduced by 30~50%,and the floor space is reduced by 30~50%.Labor costs are also lower.Electrophoresis requires fewer work stations,is simple to operate,and has low operate,and has low operating costs.It is suitable for coating most iron-based surfaces.

2.Better anti-corrosion ability:During the electrophoresis deposition process,chemical conversion treatment and coating film deposition are performed simultaneously.The metal surface always remains activated,the coating film has strong adhesion,and the salt spray resistance is between anodic electrophoresis and cathodic electrophoresis.

3.Due to its electrochemical characteristics,electrophoresis has no electrical shielding phenomenon and is not limited by the size,shape ,inner cavity,etc.of the workpiece.It can cover any surface of a complex shape with a very uniform coating film,and the thicknss error does not exceed ±2 microns,especially in the edges and corners,the coating has the same deposition ability and better anti-corrosion ability.It can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of deep recesses or inner cavities of the workpiece.

 

4.Energy saving and environmental protection:Paint deposition is a chemical process.Since phosphating is not required,there are no heavy metals in the entire coating process.Moreover,autophoretic coating is a water dispersion system,and electrophoretic paint itself does not contain or only contains a very small amount of organic solvents fundamentally eliminates the pollution problem emitted by organic solvents.

5.Simple and safe:The electrophoresis equipment mainly consists of a pre-treatment tank,a water washing tank,an autophoresis tank,a post-treatment tank,a conveying equipment and a drying oven.It does not require electricity to drive the reaction does not require flammable or explosive chemicals and less solid state.Emissions,instant coating effect,no need for post-curing storage,no special bracket design,process equipment and its operation are simple ,safe and easy to use.

6.High efficiency:The electrophoretic deposition time is generally 1-2 minutes,which has high electrophoretic efficiency:the solid content of the bath liquid is 5~10%.After the paint parts are taken out of the bath liquid,the wet film still has high permeability and reactivity,the bath liquid adhered to autophortetic is better than of electrophoretic paint,and no ultrafiltration recovery equipment is required.
7.Characteristics of the electrophoresis process:Of course,electrophoresis is determined by its deposition mechanism.It can currently only be used for steel parts.Its color is limited to black and its tone is relatively single,so its usually only used as a primers.
