6.High efficiency:The electrophoretic deposition time is generally 1-2 minutes,which has high electrophoretic efficiency:the solid content of the bath liquid is 5~10%.After the paint parts are taken out of the bath liquid,the wet film still has high permeability and reactivity,the bath liquid adhered to autophortetic is better than of electrophoretic paint,and no ultrafiltration recovery equipment is required.
7.Characteristics of the electrophoresis process:Of course,electrophoresis is determined by its deposition mechanism.It can currently only be used for steel parts.Its color is limited to black and its tone is relatively single,so its usually only used as a primers.
